Hotel Kavia 5Th Avenida (Adults Only) Playa del Carmen

The whole place was spotless, I loved it, and had perfect staff and location. Location just off restaurants and night clubs and the beach. Also, it was a short way from quinta alegria shopping mall.

The location is top and the staff are extremely helpful😀

Decent place to stay while in Playa del Carmen. The breakfast was lovely, had lots of options and the food was great! Generally everything was amazing, even so the bathroom was cold. Staff where eager to help, they are all neat people.

It was a superb stay. Free breakfast, fantastic service. Early check-in was a bonus. Loved that the main bar was working.

Easy location with parking on-site. I enjoyed that the room was practical. Well-mannered folks. The breakfast had lots of food, like omelette and toast. Pool was amazing.

Staff was AFFABLE, room was trendy and trendy. The location was the best, not too far from 3d museum wonders. Incredible view of rear. The staff did all they can for a fun stay.

We had an ENJOYABLE time. Besides, there was free Wi Fi in the hotel. Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre.

The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

Unique interior and large rooms. Easy access to Me Dive Center and other tourist spots. Do n't forget to explore Playacar Fase I neighbourhood...

Loved fabulous staff and location of the hotel. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed...
